All information, data, and algorithmic signals provided on this website and in our Discord server are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Sports investing involves significant variance and risk of capital loss. You are solely responsible for your own risk management and bankroll allocation.

2. No Guarantees

Our models (including Project 262) are based on historical data backtesting and machine learning algorithms. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. We do not guarantee profits, nor do we promise that every signal will be a winning outcome.

3. Data Accuracy & Verification

We strive for radical transparency. All algorithmic signals are timestamped on the Bitcoin blockchain via the Proof-of-Pick (PoP) protocol before events begin. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our reports, DataCores.ai is not liable for errors, omissions, or delays in data feeds.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute our signals, JSON data endpoints, or Proof-of-Pick files without explicit attribution. Do not claim our algorithmic outputs as your own.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. DataCores.ai does not track your IP, use invasive analytical cookies, or sell your data. We collect only the minimum information required if you contact us or subscribe to our services (e.g., Discord username).
